1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hèvre Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services
Hèvre Studio provides interior design consultancy, space planning, material specification, and project management services for residential and commercial clients. All services are subject to scope agreement before work begins.

3. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue

  • 50% deposit required before work commences

  • Balance due upon project completion before handover

  • Payments accepted via bank transfer or card

4. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. Delays may occur due to procurement lead times or site conditions. We will notify you of any changes promptly.

5. Liability

  • We handle all projects with the utmost care and professionalism

  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service paid

  • We are not liable for pre-existing structural conditions revealed during the design process

  • Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of project handover

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations before work begins: full refund of deposit

  • Cancellations after work starts: partial refund based on work completed to date

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and content produced by Hèvre Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received. All website content including images, text, and logos may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is delivered.
